Initiate Your Request
Log into your Furman account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your recent order to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure full credit eligibility.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring no old tracking labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
